Why does Carbon+Alt+Delete licenses only to consultants?

Companies need the help of a carbon accounting expert to ensure a fully correct (corporate) carbon footprint. As most companies don't have this expertise in house, they are working with sustainability consultants. This carbon expert, i.e., the consultant, is then the person that needs a carbon accounting software.

Can sustainability managers use Carbon+Alt+Delete?

Yes, sustainability managers can access our carbon accounting software and manage the carbon footprint of their company on our platform. However, the can only get access through one of the consultants in our network.

How many clients do I need to have before I can start?

We work with sustainability consultancies of all sizes. We have a flexible license model that we can tailor to the number of projects that you do and the type of clients that you serve.

Can I use Carbon+Alt+Delete across sectors and regions?

Yes. Carbon+Alt+Delete is used to manage the carbon footprint of 1000's of companies in basically every sector and every continent.

Can I use Carbon+Alt+Delete to calculate LCAs or PCFs?

Yes on product carbon footprints (PCFs), no on life-cycle assessments (LCAs). Carbon+Alt+Delete is primarily a corporate carbon footprint tool, but can also be used to calculate product carbon footprints. However, we don't go beyond the climate impact so LCAs are not possible.

Can I use Carbon+Alt+Delete to report under CSRD?

Yes, but only the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) E1. Carbon+Alt+Delete covers all disclosure requirements under the ESRS-E1, but not any of the other disclosure requirements.
